Eric De Fino - Director
Eric De Fino is a cinematographer based in Los Angeles and New York City. He fell in love with photography at age 10 while living overseas, later picking up his father's Super-8 camera and making short films with his friends. By 1996, he was an established cinematographer and editor working with a diverse client base that took him around the globe. In 1998, he moved to Atlanta where he began making short and long form pieces for Turner Classic Movies. These innovative commercials were honored with multiple Promax, BDA, Telly and Emmy awards for ground breaking cinematography and editing. He created Raygun in 2003, a one-stop creative, production, post and design studio and has created multiple award-winning campaigns for clients like HBO, Turner Classic Movies, AMC, IFC, Discovery Channel, TBS, TLC, PBS, CNN, DIY, Comedy Central, Sony PlayStation, Adidas, Best Buy, Comcast, AT&T and ESPN, among others. Since February 2011, Eric has been directing, shooting and editing a documentary on iPhone photography. The film is scheduled for release in early 2012. When not on location or in the edit bay, Eric splits his time between Atlanta and Los Angeles.
